Company Directors Max Mulvay and Mark Thornton have spent their entire working careers in and around the building industry. From hands on as product developers to advisory and design. Max and Mark are visionaries who saw a need for improvement in the supply chain of products for the building industry. With Building Codes, Government legislation and Energy efficiency Ratings increasing many building supply chains began falling short, and the building industry was straining.

Diverse Building Products Australia Pty Ltd an ASIC registered Company in 2014 for the sole purpose of designing and developing new innovative products for the Australian /New Zealand Build Industry. DBPA Pty Ltd set forth to design, engineer and Develop a light weight super strong SIP (Structural Insulation Panel) building system like no other. This was achieved by using a combination of High tensile Aluminum, High density CNC cut extruded Polystyrene (Treated with Fire retardant), and adhered Two not one but TWO sheets of top-quality 6mm thick Fiber Cement Board manufactured to AS/NZS Standard 2908.2. The end result is our very unique copy write designed Thermal Wall Panel System which in turn suits most weather conditions.
DBPA's unique Thermal Wall Panel System has been engineer tested in Australia by FOUR individual engineers accredited to carry out this type of specific testing. All the testing confirmed the Diverse Building Products new Thermal Wall Panel System is Light weight but Super Strong ready to decrease building times
Diverse Building Products Australia suffered some supply chain issues of its own in 2019 with the onset of Covid 19 Pandemic where 90% of manufactures worldwide were forced to closedown, some never to open again.
Today Diverse Building Products Australia is moving forward with active relations in Australia, Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines. DBPA believes it has the network skills to produce strong, positive, cost effective results for the Home Owner, Suppliers and the General Building Industry
